Meet Our Founder
Sarah MacMillan is the founder of Be Generation Love School and Be Generation Love Studio, and the creator of the Shanti Method™.
For over a decade, she has guided individuals and trained practitioners in sound facilitation through structured, science-informed approaches rooted in nervous system awareness.
Through Be Generation Love School, Sarah has built an international community of sound practitioners, offering professional certifications in Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and integrative sound practices.
As a Crystal Tones® Partner since 2017, she has curated Florida’s largest collection of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, over 250 instruments used in both studio sessions and practitioner trainings.
Her work extends beyond the studio. Sarah has collaborated with leading wellness brands and facilitated sound experiences for retreats, corporate teams, and global audiences seeking grounded, intentional wellbeing.
Her approach bridges education and embodiment; sound is not only experienced here, it is studied, practiced, and shared.
