These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by BGL Studio ("we," "us," or "our") under the application name Retell AI – SMS Follow Up. By requesting information via phone call with our AI assistant and consenting to receive a text message, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
BGL Studio operates an AI-powered inbound phone assistant that helps callers inquire about sound healing sessions, Crystal Tones crystal singing bowl pricing, and related services. During a call, our AI assistant may offer to send you a follow-up SMS containing the specific information you requested — such as booking links, service details, or pricing information.
This is a transactional, informational messaging program only. Messages are not promotional and are sent exclusively as a direct response to your request during an active phone interaction.
How You Provide Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is collected verbally during your phone call with our AI assistant. Before any text message is sent, our assistant will explicitly ask for your permission by stating something similar to:
"Would you like me to send that information to your phone as a text message?"
An SMS is sent only after you provide explicit verbal consent during the call. If you do not agree, no message will be sent. Your consent applies solely to the specific information you requested in that interaction.
By agreeing to receive an SMS during the call, you confirm that:
• You are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are requesting specific information and consenting to receive it via text message.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your individual requests. You will only receive an SMS when you have specifically requested information during a phone call and verbally consented to receive it via text. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages.
Message & Data Rates
Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply to any SMS messages you receive from us. BGL Studio does not charge any additional fees for its SMS program. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual service plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BGL Studio at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
BGL Studio and participating wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or blocked due to network conditions, carrier filtering, or other factors outside their reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
BGL Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program and these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our SMS program following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These SMS Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
